I could really spend all day describing how much the strip that fat diet covers. There loads of information that is backed up with easy to follow examples, for example, when should you eat? or why you shouldn’t eat a salad?!
And believe me there’s a whole load of questions like these that are answered in the strip that fat guide. It really covers everything and even discusses why many other diets don’t work well. I found this very interesting but I wish I had known this stuff before I had gone and spent weeks trying them out!
Starting out I wasn’t really sure If this guide was really going to live up to its claims. Well I’m delighted to report it did and after the first 3 weeks of use I had lost just over 13 pounds! This is incredible in my eyes and I am so happy I actually took the plunge and really put this diet into action.
